An open catalog
The catalog lives in our GitHub README. The website organizes those entries into categories and collections, with source links and license information. Inclusion is a starting point for your own evaluation.
Popularity gives context
Stars and forks help surface resources that people have discovered and used. They do not measure educational quality, security, compatibility, or visitor traffic. When we display metrics, we show when they were checked.
Automation helps us look
The discovery workflow searches for established and emerging learning resources. AI can suggest educational assessments and editorial drafts, grounded in repository content. Additions and editorial changes go through pull-request review before publication.
What to check before choosing
Read the source documentation, check the license, and try a small example. Course scope, installation requirements, and maintenance can change. A completed book can still be useful without frequent commits; a popular tool can still be a poor fit for your task.
